Everyone in the world wants to be happy. Happiness is special because it defies class; the richest man may lack it whereas someone with little material possessions may live their life in pure joy. The clichés are true: you can't buy happiness, and it certainly comes from within, though finding true happiness is a lot easier said than done. The root of happiness comes from self acceptance: loving yourself despite your flaws and imperfections. As corny as that sounds. Many people find that to be a difficult concept, for most it's easier to point out your own mistakes, rather than being proud of yourself. Once you learn to accept yourself for who you are, which may be a very long process, you start thinking everything will be okay, and even more powerful than that, you start believing it too.
